This site is an account of my real-estate investment in overseas property, a beginners experience, which exposing many of the unseen obstacles encountered that lead to loss of monies through promoters and their unscrupulous salespersons. The new or off plan property you are about to buy is most likely overpriced from anything up to 50,000 euros. Do not trust, do your homework, find out how a property is valued to understand a reasonable buying price on new and off plan properties. |

| The 3 day inspection trip is not free, you may well be left to pay the hotel bill if you do not buy any of the properties that you are shown even though you where encouraged to go on the promise that it was and that there would be no pressure to buy. |

| Do not ever believe the promoters on tap mortgage brokers, always go independent, they will make you believe they can provide a mortgage even if they cannot, they are in the promoters pockets and greed rules. No one cares after the event! |

| There is a impressive barrage of armory to make you buy and create a lazy approach by making it look all to easy. It is only an illusion for many, be on your guard. |

The property market in Spain certainly on the Costa Blanca has totally collapsed and with the euro exchange and rising unemployment due to the collapse of the building trade many Brit's are returning to the UK and there are bargains galore available as properties are even sold at a loss. Try this new site for some outstanding bargains for a holiday home or rental property. Remember that you are gaining on the back of another's loss so do not gloat too much, it is not healthy.
